Chicago Bears tight end retires from NFL on first day of training camp

According to reports, Chicago Bears tight end Jake Butt has made the decision to retire from the NFL.

Butt, who is still just 26 years old, was originally selected by the Denver Broncos in the 5th round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

In just eight career games, the former Michigan standout caught 10 passes for 90 yards.
