Cleveland Cavaliers plan to trade Andre Drummond

The Andre Drummond in Cleveland appears to have ended.

According to reports, the Cavaliers are planning on sitting the former Detroit Pistons center until a trade can be worked out:

Cleveland is transitioning to Jarrett Allen as the team’s new franchise center. He was originally drafted in 2012 with the 9th overall pick by Detroit, where he played the first portion of his career.

He was dealt to Cleveland last February in exchange for Brandon Knight, John Henson, and a 2023 second round draft pick.
