Around these parts, Thanksgiving and Detroit Lions football go hand in hand but around the country, there are plenty who poke fun at the Lions and their fans, saying we don’t deserve a Thanksgiving Day game because our team is not good.

The latest person to get in on the ripping of the Lions is CNN news anchor, Jake Tapper.

On Thursday, while teasing an upcoming report, Tapper took a shot at the Lions.

“Coming up, a warning from a top medical expert that this Thanksgiving is, quote, “going to suck” and not just for Lions’ fans,” Tapper said.
