Could the Detroit Lions be interested in trading another team for their head coach?

The Detroit Lions are currently in the process of evaluating and interviewing candidates to be their head coach of the future and ownership has said that they will leave no stone unturned.

But could one of those “stones” already be a head coach of another NFL team?

Well, according to a report from Mike Florio, there is “buzz” that one of the NFL teams currently searching for their next head coach could go after a head coach of another team.

From Pro Football Talk:

In the current cycle, there’s buzz that one of the teams currently looking for a coach — the Jets, Jaguars, Lions, Falcons, Chargers, and Texans — could attempt to hire a current head coach with another team. The coach’s current team could end it all quickly by hanging up the phone. But it costs nothing to make the call, and it’s believed that at least one team may make the call to one of the teams that, at least for now, has a head coach.

Nation, could the Detroit Lions be the team that could “attempt to hire” a current head coach of another NFL team? If so, which coach could they be interested in?
