Bob Quinn is no longer the general manager of the Detroit Lions and whoever is hired to fill his shoes will have some very important decisions to make.
One of those decisions will be whether or not it is time to move on from quarterback, Matthew Stafford.
According to former Lions QB Dan Orlovsky, who also happens to be good friends with Stafford, it is time to move on.
