With Michigan receiving a “better” bowl bid than Michigan State (like it really matters when neither is playing the Rose Bowl, New Years Six, or CFP), a semi-war of words has been sparked between Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh and Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio.
Mark Dantonio made an innocent comment regarding his and his teams focus.
"I don't worry about that. I am just focused on the @HolidayBowlGame. I'll just continue to focus on beating Michigan and let things sort out." – Mark Dantonio when asked if he felt slighted because Michigan in playing Tampa. pic.twitter.com/6sjRzVZE6U

Jim Harbaugh apparently took a slight to the fact that Michigan State has recently owned the rivalry.
Saw Coach D comments on continuing to "focus" on how "he" can beat Michigan. Congrats on turning around a 3-9 team, plagued with off field issues. Good for BIG to have him back.

And we know head coaches are prideful men, so you know Dantonio was going to have something else to say.

It's safe to say with head coaches like these two, the Michigan/Michigan State rivalry will be an entertaining one for (hopefully) years to come.
Stay tuned, we all know this is not over…
