In 20 seasons with the Detroit Red Wings, defenseman Nicklas Lidstrom won four Stanley Cup championships, seven Norris Memorial Trophies (awarded to the NHL’s top defenceman), one Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP (2002), and was voted into 12 NHL All-Star Games.
