DeAndre Levy appeared to be back at his alma mater working out with all-pro J.J. Watt. Both players played their college ball at Wisconsin and both are rehabbing from somewhat recent surgeries. Levy participated in all of one game last year for the Detroit Lions after sustaining a hip injury in the early preseason. By the looks of his 57-inch box jump below, he seems to be healing nicely.
J.J. Watt had an off-season sports hernia procedure after playing through his injury almost the entire season. The Houston Texan defensive end still performed well enough to garner the NFL defensive player of the year award.
It is difficult to tell who had the higher jump, but the top of the boxes are slightly different in the two videos. You can see Levy’s reaction in the background after Watt sticks his landing. It might be important to point out that Watt is listed at about 40-pounds heavier than his former teammate (although he is looking rather lean at this point in time).

You be the judge, who was the winner? No matter the outcome, both are extremely impressive and look to be recovering well for the upcoming 2016 season.
