The Houston Texans have already parted ways with Bill O’Brien, and now the Atlanta Falcons are about to drop the hammer on Dan Quinn.
After Atlanta dropped their fifth consecutive game to start the 2020 season this afternoon, The Athletic reported that the decision to fire Quinn has “been all but finalized”, and that the official announcement can be expected in short order.
Among the embarrassing setbacks for the Falcons this season include several blown leads, most notably a 23 point lead to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2.
During his time in Atlanta, Quinn has led the Falcons to two ten-win seasons and a Super Bowl appearance.
