Detroit Lions 2016 mid-season position grades

Just like that, the NFL regular season is already half-way over. After a 1-3 start, the Detroit Lions were able to turn it around in the second quarter of the season by putting together a three-game win streak. Last week’s loss delivered from the Houston Texans is still fresh on the mind, but it doesn’t mean the season is lost.

Even at .500, the Lions are quietly in the hunt for the playoffs as there is only three NFC teams with more wins. Early tendencies have become begun to appear on a consistent basis through the half-way point. A few of them must change for the Lions to have a successful season.
