As you may have heard by now, Matthew Stafford has coined a new motto for the 2020 Detroit Lions.
The new motto is, ‘Dagger Time' and it was coined after the Lions failed time and time again in 2019 to close out games that they could have won.
But the motto is not just something that is being tossed around by Stafford and his teammates but it is apparently something the entire franchise has adopted as there is a giant ‘It's Dagger Time' banner hanging in Ford Field.
It is going to be a fun season! Let's hope the Lions can close out some games in 2020!
