The Detroit Lions got some good news heading into Sunday’s game vs. the New Orleans Saints as veteran CB Desmond Trufant returned to action after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 1 against the Chicago Bears.
Well, on Sunday, during the third quarter of the Lions game vs. the Saints, Trufant injured his hamstring again and was forced to leave the game.
By the way, the Saints lead 35-14 with 8:52 remaining in the third quarter. It’s not pretty, folks.
Uh-oh. Desmond Trufant just got up grabbing the back of his right leg. Hamstring could be flaring up again.
