Thanks to finishing with horrendous records in 2019, both the Detroit Lions (No. 3 overall) and Detroit Tigers (No. 1 overall) had high picks in their respective drafts.
On Wednesday night, the Tigers used the top pick to draft 3B Spencer Torkelson out of Arizona State.
A day later, Lions first-round pick Jeff Okudah took to Twitter to welcome Torkelson to the Motor City.
