This weekend, the Detroit Lions will hit the road to take on the Carolina Panthers in what is the latest ‘must-win’ game for the good guys.

It has already been reported that the Panthers will be without all-world running back Christian McCaffrey for Sunday’s game against the Lions but now, it looks like they will also be without starting quarterback, Teddy Bridgewater.
After limited practice the past two days, it now appears unlikely #Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater (MCL sprain) will start Sunday against the #Lions, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. No final call yet, but it’s headed that way.

Panthers head coach Matt Rhule is not ready to rule out Bridgewater just yet but he is not going to play him if he is “gonna hurt himself.”
Matt Rhule not ready to rule Teddy Bridgewater out, yet. "He's extremely limited right now." Says he hasn't "opened it up yet" in terms of running.
"I'm not gonna put him out there if he's gonna hurt himself, but if he can play, we're gonna play him."
