The Detroit Lions have officially began making their preparations for the upcoming week six matchup versus the Jacksonville Jaguars.
On Tuesday the Lions announced they will only be protecting three practice squad players this week. This is a change as they had protected four players for each of the previous weeks.
The players protected are QB David Blough, TE Isaac Nauta, and CB Dee Virgin.
The Detroit Lions elect to only protect 3 practice squad players in Week 6:
