The Detroit Lions saw their playoff hopes all but officially disappear Sunday afternoon following their 35-27 setback to the Dallas Cowboys at Ford Field.
And several fans have officially seen enough of the Lions leadership – namely that of head coach Matt Patricia and general manager Bob Quinn.
Twitter was ablaze with Honolulu blue frustration:
Another nail in the Patricia, Quinn coffin. It’s a matter of time this regimen I had high hopes for fall.

Someone on lions staff needs to be fired. Patricia, Quinn, defensive coordinator, SOMEONE IS NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT HERE! This has been going on for too long. Why won’t this team ever change for the better

If Matt Patricia isn't on the hot seat after this game – don't know what will do it. Know the @lions lack talent (Bob Quinn), but weekly, there are way too many questionable coaching and poor game plan decisions. Leadership is holding back the #DetroitLions. #OnePride #DALvsDET pic.twitter.com/vG260g7Ai3

I feel like Bob Quinn had a 40% off coupon for clearance rack Patriots coachs, and that’s how we ended up with Matt Patricia.
