On Sunday, Detroit Lions CB Jeff Okudah needed to be carted to the locker room after suffering what looked to be an injured foot or ankle.
Following the game, head coach Dan Campbell mentioned that the injury was possible Achilles related and on Monday, that was confirmed.
According to Tom Pelissero, an MRI confirmed Okudah suffered a ruptured Achilles and his season is over.
Though Okudah did not play well at all in Week 1, this is obviously devastating news for both him and the Lions.
