According to reports, Matthew Stafford has been removed from the game after suffering a potential brain injury.
Stafford is being checked for a concussion and Chase Daniel is in the game.
Matthew Stafford pulled off the field by officials. Referee just pointed towards the press box, presumably the ATC saw something he didn't like, wanted Stafford to get checked for concussion
