Detroit Lions GM Bob Quinn thanks the fans

While Detroit Lions GM Bob Quinn may not have the support of the entire Lions fan base, he wants them to know he and the team appreciate them.

During his end-of-season press conference, Quinn took a moment to thank the fans that not only traveled to road games to watch the team, but those who routinely packed Ford Field.

“I want to thank the fans,” Quinn said. “I think on the road at our away games, there are incredible showing of support by our fans at away games and especially at Ford Field, the place is always rocking.

“Shout out to the fans that are with us and who continue to be with us, it's very important to us.”

The Lions ranked 25th in the NFL in home attendance with an average crowd of 61,342 fans, good for 95% capacity at Ford Field.
