Detroit Lions fans got a bit of a scare on Tuesday as both TE T.J. Hockenson and DL Da’Shawn Hand left practice a bit early.
Prior to Wednesday’s practice head coach Dan Campbell met with the media and he had good news to report regarding Hockenson and Hand.
“Both of those guys there, again, we feel like those are minor,” Campbell said. “We’re just (being) precautionary.”
“Like Hockenson, he’s had a real good camp and he’s been healthy, he’s been good,” Campbell said. “We feel like he’s going to be fine, but yet, we want to make sure we’re taking care of them, too.”
It is clear that the Lions are going to be very careful with their players to make sure they are healthy for the regular season.
