The Detroit Lions head into the Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field for a pivotal divisional matchup against the Green Bay Packers in front of a nationally televised Monday Night Football Audience.
Last season, Detroit took both game from their division rival. Rodgers was sacked five times and also left the season finale with a concussion. He’ll definitely be looking for revenge, and the Lions are expecting him to bring his “A” game.

“I mean, I don’t know the guy,” Lions linebacker Devon Kennard said of Rodgers. “But he seems like a competitor. I’m sure that definitely is something he’s kind of looking at and he’s going to try to light us up.”
Kennard sacked Rogers once last year, but is still full of praise for him and explained exactly how he and his teammates are going to attempt to stifle his offensive charge.
“Man, he’s just another one of those dynamic quarterbacks that can beat you multiple ways,” Kennard. “So try to contain him, not let him extend plays because I think he’s one of, if not the best, at extending plays and having come choreography with his receivers where they know what to do and he knows where to place it.
“Try to do that and it starts there. And then put pressure on him and the (defensive backs) covering the guys.”
The Lions and Packers get underway tonight on ESPN at 8:15 PM EST.
