After spending a brief period of time with the Detroit Lions in 2021, wide receiver Josh Reynolds re-signed with the team during the offseason. In fact, Reynolds signed a 2-year, $3 million deal to remain with the Lions through the 2023 season. So far in 2022, Reynolds has 26 catches for 357 yards and two touchdowns. After being limited in practice on Thursday, Reynolds, who is dealing with a back issue, was unable to practice at all. On Saturday, the Lions announced their decision on Reynolds for Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.
Will Detroit Lions WR Josh Reynolds play against the Giants?
On Saturday, prior to heading to East Rutherford, New Jersey to take on the Giants, the Lions announced their decision on Reynolds’ availability.
Unfortunately, the Lions announced that Reynolds has been downgraded to OUT for Sunday’s Week 11 matchup against the Giants.
If the Lions are able to defeat the Giants on the road, they will move to 4-6 on the season with a tough Thanksgiving Day matchup against Buffalo Bills coming up next.
