In Week 10, Detroit Lions rookie D’Andre Swift got his first start in the NFL and he made the best of it by having a breakout game in a win over the Washington Football Team.
One week later, Swift will miss the Lions game vs. the Carolina Panthers.
This is according to Lions’ running backs coach, Kyle Caskey.
Caskey says Peterson will "lead it off" on Sunday, and "Kerryon will fill" the Swift role "as much as possible." https://t.co/rTdteZABnl

Caskey added that Adrian Peterson will get the start with Kerryon Johnson will attempt to fill the Swift role “as much as possible.”
This is obviously a huge loss for the Lions’ offense.
