On Sunday night, the Detroit Lions could have a golden opportunity when they take on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Depending on what happens earlier in the day with the Seattle Seahawks, the Lions could very well be playing for a playoff spot when they take the field against the Packers. Just moments ago, the Lions announced a pair of roster moves in advance of their big game against the Packers.
What moves did the Detroit Lions make?
As you can see below, the Lions have elevated RB Jermar Jefferson and CB Jarren Williams from the Practice Squad to the Active/Inactive list.
This is a pretty cool promotion for Jefferson, as he has spent the entire season on the Lions’ practice squad. He may or may not get into the game, but his bank account will be a little bit bigger!
