According to reports, the Detroit Lions are cutting DL Kevin Strong.
This is a move that may come as a bit of a surprise as many had Strong making the Lions final 53-man roster to start the 2020 season.
Personally, I had Strong off my 53-man roster projection, (which is still intact) so this was expected.
In addition, the Lions are also cutting CB Dee Virgin and TE Matt Sokol.

The Lions are also planning to waive TE Matt Sokol, per a source. He had a really good camp.
