The Detroit Lions announced a series of roster moves on Saturday, placing offensive lineman Trystan Colon on Reserve/Injured while elevating tight end Zach Horton and veteran lineman Chris Hubbard from the practice squad to the Active/Inactive list.

With Colon sidelined, and Penei Sewell already ruled OUT, while Giovanni Manu was not activated from injured reserve, Detroit’s offensive line depth chart will look a little different against Chicago.
Veteran Graham Glasgow is expected to start at center, with Michael Niese available as the backup. Meanwhile, the elevation of Hubbard gives the Lions a stabilizing veteran presence in the trenches. Detroit will enter the game with only three pure offensive tackles available: Taylor Decker, Dan Skipper, and Chris Hubbard.

However, the Lions do have flexibility if things get thin. Both Miles Frazier and Kayode Awosika have positional versatility and can slide outside to tackle in an emergency.
On the offensive side of the roster, Zach Horton earns another opportunity on gameday. The undrafted rookie tight end has been active just once this season, appearing on Thanksgiving against the Green Bay Packers, and will again provide depth with Detroit managing several injuries.
The Lions face the Bears on Sunday in their regular-season finale as they look to close out the year while navigating one of their most banged-up weeks in the trenches.
