Detroit Lions path to No. 2 pick is easy as 1,2,3

Following their embarrassing 38-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Detroit Lions are now 3-10-1 on the season and at this point, it is all about getting a higher pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Heading into Week 15, the Lions held the No. 5 pick in 2020 and that is exactly where they remain with just two weeks left in the 2019 regular season.

That being said, thanks to the New York Giants beating the Miami Dolphins, the Lions still have a shot at “earning” the No. 2 pick in 2020 and their path is actually quite simple.

In fact, if the following three things happen (in addition to the Lions losing out) Detroit will have their shot at DE Chase Young out of Ohio State.

Logan Lamorandier maps it out…

“Now, for the to get that 2nd overall pick.

– Lions lose their next two games.

Nation, when all is said and done, will the Lions have the No. 2 pick?
