Detroit Lions player leads his position for Pro Bowl voting

Sharing is caring!

It has been a train-wreck of a season for the Detroit Lions as they currently sit at 4-7 with just five games remaining in the season.

One (maybe the only) bright spot for the Lions in 2020 has been rookie punter Jack Fox, who currently leads the league in NET punt average (he is second in overall average).

So, if I were to tell you that one Detroit Lions player leads his position for NFL Pro Bowl fan voting, you would probably assume Fox is the player.

But you would be wrong.

According to, Lions TE T.J. Hockenson currently leads all NFC tights ends with 54,312 votes.

Hockenson is currently the No. 2 in the NFL (going into Sunday) with 530 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns on 45 catches.

Keep in mind that the fan vote is only 1/3 of the final vote as coaches and players will also get their say in the matter.

Nation, do you think Hockenson is worthy of a Pro Bowl, even though the game will not be played?

Here is the full voting so far.
