Last week against the Indianapolis Colts, Detroit Lions special teams guru Miles Killebrew returned to the team after missing the previous week so he could be present for the birth of his daughter.
During the game, Killebrew blocked a punt, making it the first time the Lions had a blocked punt since 2007.
Well, believe it or not, the Lions just blocked another punt, this time with Austin Bryant getting in on the action.
According to the Lions PR department, who is forced to come up with fun stats since the team cannot win a damn football game, this is the first time the Lions have blocked punts in back to back weeks since they did so in 1977!
