Detroit Lions punter Jack Fox has best average in NFL history through three weeks

The Detroit Lions were able to get a huge win in Week 3, downing the Arizona Cardinals by a 26-23 final score to pick up their first win of the season headed into their clash with the New Orleans Saints this weekend.

And while the first two weeks weren’t exactly the best for the Lions, their special teams have been a different story.

Through the first three weeks of the 2020 campaign, punter Jack Fox‘s 51.1 net punting average this season is the best in NFL history through the 1st three weeks of a season:
