As the 53-man roster continues to shape, the Detroit Lions have made two significant moves. Quarterback Kellen Moore and tight end Joseph Fauria have been released.

Fauria was looking like an obvious cut after the Lions acquired Tim Wright.
Moore has spent the last three seasons in Detroit as the Lions third string quarterback.
There is a possibility of Moore being signed to the practice squad.
