With the Detroit Lions leading the Kansas City Chiefs 10-0 in the second quarter, safety Quandre Diggs was forced to leave the game with what looked to be a leg injury.

Now, according to reports, Diggs is questionable to return with a hamstring injury.

This would obviously be a huge loss for a Lions secondary which is already missing Darius Slay with a similar injury.
