Detroit Lions set NFL record during 35-29 loss to New Orleans Saints

Breaking records is cool. That is unless those records are the type of records our beloved Detroit Lions keep on breaking.

On Sunday, the Lions stormed out of the tunnel to grab a 14-0 lead over the New Orleans Saints in less than five minutes of action.

But, as we have grown used to seeing when the Lions have a double-digit lead, they proceeded to give up 35-straight points on way to a 35-29 loss.

By doing so, the Lions have now lost 6 consecutive games in which they have lead by 10 points or more. It is the longest streak in NFL history.

Can we make it seven?!?!
