If you happened to watch Sunday’s game between the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers, we are really sorry. Unless you are a Panthers fans, which if that is the case, why are you reading this?
Anyhow, the Lions managed to do something they have NEVER done with Matthew Stafford as their starting QB.
That’s right, y’all, on Sunday, the Lions were shut 20-0, which is the first time being shut out since Oct. 19, 2009, when they were blanked by the Green Bay Packers.
Last time Lions were shut out was Oct. 19, 2009, 26-0 against Packers at Lambeau. Culpepper and Stanton played QB for Lions and between them had 3 INTs. … Aaron Rodgers passed for 358 yds and 2 TDs.
