According to the Detroit Lions, they have signed free agent OL Marcus Martin and free agent WIDE RECEIVER Joe Webb to the practice squad.
What is interesting about this is that Webb is listed as a WR by the Lions when he has played QB for his entire career.

Webb is a mobile QB so it's very possible that the Lions are bringing him in to imitate Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray on the scout team.
