The Detroit Lions are ravaged by injuries right now, and they're reaching to the outside now for reinforcements.
According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Lions have brought in CB Mark Gilbert from the Pittsburgh Steelers practice squad, and he'll be on the roster a minimum of three weeks after ink is put to paper:
Steelers’ practice-squad CB Mark Gilbert, cousin of Darrelle Revis, has been signed to the Detroit Lions’ 53-man roster, per his agent @ZacHiller.

The Fayetteville, NC native played collegiately at Duke and has yet to make an NFL appearance.
