According to the Detroit Lions, they have signed free agent cornerback, Jamar Summers and have released CB Marcus Cooper.

Summers was most recently with the Dolphins, after a brief stint in the now-defunct AAF.
Summers, 24, has not played a down in the NFL yet, despite signing with the Steelers back in 2018. He was waived during final roster cuts coming out of the preseason.
