According to Adam Schefter, the Lions have reached an agreement with former Los Angeles Rams RB C.J. Anderson.
Former Rams’ RB C.J. Anderson reached agreement on a one-year deal with the Detroit Lions, per source. Chance to produce this season, then hit market again after this season.

Anderson, who is 28, spent nine games with the Carolina Panthers and two games with the Los Angeles Rams in 2018. In those games, he rushed for 403 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
In three 2018 playoff games, Anderson rushed for 189 yards and two touchdowns.
