When the signing was announced, many felt Pope had an inside track of making the Lions’ roster but as we learned on Sunday, that is not how things panned out as he was cut.
Well, according to reports, Pope had plenty of options after getting cut by the Lions and he eventually decided to sign with the San Francisco 49ers, where he has been added to their practice squad.
