Earlier in the week, Detroit News beat writer Justin Rogers took to Twitter to point out that the Detroit Lions became the first team in NFL history to not fumble a single time in their first six games of a season.
The Lions haven't fumbled this season. Not talking lost a fumble, we're talking putting a ball on the ground. Ball security has been a hallmark under Patricia.
It's the first time in NFL history a team hasn't fumbled once in their first six games. https://t.co/h8vOjilnF5

Following the tweet, Rogers took some heat from some of his followers and also from his fellow writers for jinxing the Lions.
Good Lord, guys. Santa is not real, either. https://t.co/MiSjiR7L4i

Well, it looks like Rogers did jinx the Lions as Matthew Stafford lost a fumble in the third quarter as the Lions were in scoring position, trailing the Colts by just six points.
Of course, Dave Birkett had some fun by reminding us all that this is all the fault of Justin Rogers!
Also, @Justin_Rogers is such a jinx

Of course, we are just having fun as Rogers has no power over what the Lions do on the football field….or does he?
