Last week, it was announced that the Detroit Pistons had traded Sekou Doumbouya and Jahlil Okafor to the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for C DeAndre Jordan and a bunch of second-round draft picks.
When the trade was announced, it was also leaked that the Pistons' plan was to buy out Jordan's remaining two years.
Well, on Thursday, news broke that the Pistons have waived Jordan.
