Andre Drummond: B
Andre has played fine this season, averaging just under 15 points and 14 rebounds per game. The frustration with Drummond comes from his lack of focus and energy on the defensive end, as well as his slow-developing growth. Many fans hoped that in fifth season, Drummond would make the leap from a 15/15 guy to an absolute force in the league, and that hasn’t happened yet.
Boban Marjanovic: C
Boban has been a tad underwhelming for the Pistons this season, but it’s impossible to deny what he brings to the team. There’s no game plan for 7’4 and he’s a luxury to have around the rim to clean up the glass. What’s really diminishing his grad is that Stan Van doesn’t play him more. RELEASE THE BOBAN.
Aron Baynes: F
Baynes had a legitimate case to make for being the best backup center in the league last year. This year he’s bad. He’s not shooting or defending well, and with Baynes having an expiring contract, don’t be surprised to see him get traded before the deadline.

Stan Van Gundy: C-
I love Stan Van but he’s lost the team and has had some questionable rotations. He has plenty of time to turn it around, but for the first time he’s been here, SVG seems vulnerable in Detroit.
Team: F
This should come as no surprise, the team has been awful, selfish, lackadaisical, and unfocused. And somehow they’re still only three games out of the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference.
