Detroit Pistons provide injury update on G Reggie Jackson

The Detroit Pistons have been without guard Reggie Jackson for the past 18 games due to a stress reaction in his back.

However, he's making good progress and could soon begin seeing action later in the month. The team's medical staff evaluated him on Monday, revealing that Jackson is making “positive progress towards his recovery” and he will continue rehabilitation.

In the two games he's played this season, he's averaged five points and four assists. Last season, he played in all 82 regular season games while averaging 15.4 points and shooting 37% from beyond the arc.
