The Detroit Pistons take the court tomorrow night at Little Caesars Arena against the Chicago Bulls for their 2021-22 regular season opener. But there will be one noticeable absence.
The team has announced that No. 1 overall draft selection Cade Cunningham will be unable to play thanks to a nagging ankle injury that he suffered during early team workouts in training camp:
