According to reports, the Detroit Red Wings were pretty busy on Tuesday as they made a series of roster moves, including placing veteran defenseman Jonathan Ericsson on waivers.
In addition to waiving Ericsson, the Red Wings assigned Alex Biega to Grand Rapids, called up Evgeny Svechnikov, and placed Adam Erne on IR retro to Oct. 18.
