The Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday have made another roster move, recalling center Ben Street from the Grand Rapids Griffins under emergency conditions.

This comes after Luke Glendening has been listed as day-to-day after suffering an injury during last night’s game against Carolina. Street could play tonight, or find himself a healthy scratch. Either way, the team has options. It’s the second time in the last week that Detroit has called up Street under emergency conditions.

Street is ranked second on the Griffins in goals with 25 on the year and first in points with 54 points in 60 games played.
