According to Detroit Red Wings‘ prospect Kasper Kotkansalo, he had decided to say in Finland for the coming season after spending the last three years at Boston University.
Kotkansalo made the announcement on his Instagram page.
“Due to the Covid situation I've decided to stay in Finland for the upcoming season.”
Kotkansalo, who is a defenseman, was selected by the Red Wings in the 3rd Round of the 2017 NHL Draft.
