The Detroit Tigers will be looking to rebound from yesterday’s loss against the Toronto Blue Jays at Rogers Centre, and they announced a team move prior to taking the field.
They’ve called up Alex Lange from the Triple-A Toledo Mud Hens, while placing Wily Peralta on the 10-Day IL thanks to a right finger blister:
