Catcher Austin Romine left tonight's game in the 9th inning against the Cleveland Indians after being struck in the wrist by a 97.8 MPH fastball. He immediately doubled over in pain, clutching his wrist before going straight down the tunnel with head athletic trainer Doug Teter.
