Detroit Tigers injury update: Jordan Zimmermann eligible to come off 45-Day IL soon

A few Detroit Tigers injury updates ahead of their series with the Brewers.

The Detroit Tigers are in Milwaukee for a series against the Brewers, shortly after returning to the .500 mark with a weekend series sweep over their division rival Minnesota Twins at Comerica Park.

According to MLive’s Evan Woodbery, pitcher Jordan Zimmermann, whose future in Detroit appears bleak after having been placed on the 45-Day DL in July, could be close to making a return:
